For foreign students, business people, overseas Koreans and short-tern or long-term residents in Korea this mobile rental phone service is provided with no receiving fee and low call fee.

- Because BBB campaign is a volunteer based service, there is no sign-up fee or receiving fee. It's free. However, it could take some time to connect you call to BBB volunteer's mobile phone or you may meet some difficulties to connect a call at first time. Please wait for a while of try once again.
