After arrival, please visit the SK Telecom Roaming Centers located between Exit 5 and Exit 6 or Exit 9 and Exit 10 on the 1st floor of the Incheon International Airport. Required documents when renting a handset are your ID card or passport and a credit card. You will be charged when you return the phone. A credit card is required for security at the time of rental, however, the final payment can be made in cash.
You can also rent a mobile phone immediately at the airport without an advanced reservation. However, online reservations should be made at least three days prior to arrival in Korea.

Regardless of where you rented your handset, you can return it at Incheon International as well as the Gimpo, Gimhae, and Jeju international airports or the Jongno Branch.
In principle, that is not possible. However, in the case of an unavoidable reason, e.g. accidentally carrying the handset back to your home country, it may be the most logical option. However, please notify us in advance by phone. In this case, the rental phone and call fee will be charged to the deposit credit card.
The rental fee is 3,000 KRW per day. Calling charges are 100 KRW per ten seconds (600 KRW per minute). When returning the handset, a 10% VAT on all charges is added. Calling charges are payable by cash or credit card when returning the handset. We do offer discounts for long-term rentals, but rental charges must always be paid at least once a month.
Yes, we discount rental fees. For rentals over ten days, the daily fee falls 1,000 KRW to 2,000 KRW per day. For rentals over a month, the daily rental fee automatically becomes 1,000 KRW per day. However, there is no discount for calling charges.
Caller ID and incoming and outgoing SMS (text message) services are free of charge. However, International outgoing SMS, voice message and NATE services are unavailable.
Other access numbers, such as 001, can be used, but 00700 is cheaper,
e.g. making a call to the U.S. => 00700: 756 KRW per minute 001: 888 KRW per minute
Please call the Rental Service Center (Tel. 1599-2011) immediately. When a mobile phone is out of order, we will replace the phone with a new one after a simple test. If you lost it, we immediately suspend all services. In the event of damage, we may charge you 20,000 ~ 50,000 KRW.
Yes, of course, but we only release detailed records to the actual renter of a handset
When you return the rental phone, we may show you the call bill upon your request.
