    • When you purchase the item and want to enable outgoing voice/text, you need to charge for a voice/text.
    • Data charges do not include voice/text charges, and your final bill will vary depending on which voice text/charge plan you choose.
    • Hours (seconds) listed in the voice/text charge amount are in Korean currency.
    • The cost of sending a text is automatically deducted from the amount of the voice/text charge you've made.

    Considerations

    • eSIMs cannot be used on country-locked mobile phones and can only be used on eSIM-supported devices. Please check before purchase.
    • eSIM QR codes can be scanned up to one year after purchase. Scanning is unavailable after one year.
    • You cannot request a refund after scanning the eSIM QR code (however, you can request a refund if you are unable to use the service using a country-locked phone or a phone that does not support eSIM).
    • According to the card company policy, refunds are not available more than 30 days after payment is completed.
    • The usage period (2 days/3 days/4 days/5 days/

      20 days/30 days/60 days/90 days) will be calculated in 24-hour increments from the time you scan the eSIM QR code on your phone.

      Scan the passport information verification QR code in your paper or online voucher.

    • Step.2

      Verify your passport information on the page accessed by scanning the QR code.

      After completing the steps, please check the text message received.

    • Passport information verification is only available between 8 AM and 10 PM, and is not available at other times.
    • If you wish to verify passport information outside of the available hours, you can proceed with the verification process at the airport roaming center.
    • All incoming/outgoing calls and text messages are unavailable until the passport information has been verified. (Data is available for use regardless of whether or not the passport information has been verified)
    • Incoming/outgoing calls and text messages are available after the passport information has been verified.

    How to check if eSIM can be installed on your phone

    Check with ‘Add eSIM’ in Settings.
    For iPhone, check [Settings – Cellular – ‘Add eSIM’]
    For Android, check [Settings – Connections – SIM Manager – ‘Add eSIM’].
    If you enter *#06# in the basic phone app and the eSIM IMEI or EID starting with '89...' appears, eSIM can be installed and used on your phone.
    • Even if you can scan the QR code, you cannot use it if your phone is locked.
    • You can check whether your phone is unlocked from your phone manufacturer or current mobile service provider.
    • You can also check whether your phone supports eSIM from your phone manufacturer.
