Terms & Conditions
1. Purpose of the Agreement
ⓐ The purpose of this agreement is to prescribe the eSIM/SIM card terms and conditions between SK Telecom INC
(hereinafter referred to as "Company") and the eSIM/SIM card customers (hereinafter referred to as "Customers").2. Conclusion of the Agreement
ⓐ The customer enters into a purchase (usage) contract for eSIM/SIM products by presenting a verifiable identification document and consenting to identity verification.
※ eSIM /SIM (Voice call and text message calling and receiving service): Passport
ⓑ The Company keeps an image (copy) of the Purchase (Use) Agreement and the original copy shall be kept by the Customer.
ⓒ Application which falls into any of the following shall not be accepted:
1) If the Customer is applying on behalf of another person but refuses to identify himself/herself.
2) If the contents of submitted documents and submitted information are false or the authenticity of the presented identification card and certificate is not verified.3. Company’s Obligations
ⓐ The Company shall notify the Customer of the main contents of the Agreement and the use of the service, and if not,the Company shall not claim the right regarding this.
ⓑ The Company shall confirm whether or not he/she is himself/herself by checking the necessary documents and identification when signing the User Agreement, and shall conclude the Service Use Agreement with the actual user.
ⓒ The Company shall inspect and manage customer information management operation to prevent the leakage of personal information.4. Customer’s Obligations
ⓐ The Customer shall not use the service for any purpose other than providing the service and shall not rent or provide the eSIM/SIM card to third parties or others for the purpose of gaining unjust profits.
ⓑ The customer must present a valid certificate (passport) to the company for identity verification when signing the service contract,and must not provide false personal information or legal representative information necessary for the service contract to the company.5. Provision and Use of the Service
ⓐ The types of services provided by the Company are as follows:
1) Use of data displayed on models in the service area
2) Voice call and text message calling and receiving service6. Notice (Data Fair Use Policy)
ⓐ After purchasing the prepaid eSIM/SIM card, the Customer shall not request a refund except for the reason that the service is not available due to the terminal lock.(Refunds cannot be processed after 30 days from the date of purchase)
ⓑ eSIM/SIM is a short-term rental product with a validity of one year after purchase, and cannot be used after one year.
ⓒ To ensure smooth data usage for general subscribers, data usage by fraudulent users (such as CCTV, M2M devices, etc. for non-personal purposes) that causes network overload may be blocked.
ⓓ If network overload occurs or is likely to occur due to excessive data users, causing deterioration in network quality for general users,the data usage of excessive data users may be restricted/blocked.
ⓔ Customers are not allowed to configure networks, provide or use services as follows (if applicable, the contract may be terminated or usage may be restricted):
- Providing to third parties (such as businesses that provide networks or software for content transmission or intermediary services for content transmission) for a fee or free of charge, or using it for business/commercial purposes by the customer.
- Installing servers (Web/FTP/Mail/News/Game, etc.) or temporary storage devices (including using personal PCs) to provide services to oneself or third parties for business/commercial purposes, or allowing such use.
- Configuring a separate sub-network to use the service or connecting more devices than agreed with the company to use the service.
ⓕ When using a dual-SIM mobile phone, if a third-party eSIM/SIM is used simultaneously instead of an SK Telecom eSIM/SIM,SK Telecom shall not be held responsible for any issues that may arise (e.g., roaming charges).
ⓖ If the Customer rents or provides the service of eSIM/SIM to others, the Customer shall be liable for civil and criminal penalties, and the Customer shall commit to take care to avoid such occurrence.
ⓗ The eSIM/SIM voice and text messaging service can only verify the authenticity of passport information once during use. (Additional verification with the same passport is not allowed while using the voice recharge service.)

Terms & Conditions
1. Objective of this Agreement
ⓐ This Agreement specifies the terms and conditions, and procedures for using SK Telecom’s Wi-Fi Router to be applied between SK Telecom Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the customer who uses SK Telecom’s Wi-Fi Router (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer").
2. Procedures for Concluding this Agreement
ⓐ The customer shall submit required documents and fill out the original copy of this purchase (use) Agreement.
ⓑ The customer enters into this purchase (use) Agreement after presenting an ID card that can verify his or her identity (a passport, driver's license, or alien registration card), and allowing his or her identity to be verified.
ⓒ The customer shall present his or her credit card as a way of securing a deposit when renting the device (debit/check card is not acceptable).
ⓓ The Company shall keep the copy of this purchase (use) Agreement, and the customer keeps the original one.
ⓔ Any application falling under any of the following shall not be accepted:
1) If the applicant is not the person or refuses to verify identity.
2) If documents and information submitted are false or authenticity of the ID card or certificate presented cannot be verified.3. The Company’s Obligations
ⓐ The Company shall inform the customer of the main contents of this Agreement and information that the customer should know regarding the use of the service.
ⓑ The Company shall verify the applicant’s identity by checking required documents and an ID card when signing this Service Agreement, and shall enter into this Service Agreement with the actual user.
ⓒ The Company shall check and manage its customer information control status to prevent personal information leakage.4. Customer’s Obligations
ⓐ The customer shall not use the service for any purpose other than those for which Company provides the service, nor shall he or she rent or provide it to a third party for the purpose of gaining unjustified benefits.
5. Service Provision and Use
ⓐ The type of service provided by the Company is as follows:
1) SK Telecom’s Wi-Fi Router service specified in this Use Agreement
2) The service period is from the rental date to the scheduled device return date. If the customer needs an extension of the period, he or she shall contact the SK Telecom Roaming Customer Center before the scheduled device return date expires. (Tel: +82-2-6343-9000)6. Payment and Settlement
ⓐ The customer shall return the rented device to and settle the rental fee in cash or credit card at the SK Telecom Roaming Center.
ⓑ When the scheduled device return date expires, the service will be suspended the next day, and the rental fee from the date of this Agreement to the scheduled device return date will be automatically paid from the Deposit Card on the following day after the scheduled device return date (The customer may cancel the suspension and extend the period of use by contacting the SK Telecom Roaming Customer Center within 5 days of suspension. Please contact the place of purchase if you have paid the fee in advance).
ⓒ If the customer uses the device for longer than 15 days, the rental fee will be automatically paid from the Deposit Card on the following day after each 15-day period. (Except for prepaid customer)
ⓓ If the customer does not request an extension of the period of use within 5 days after its expiration, an additional charge for a lost device will be automatically paid from the Deposit Card on the following day. However, if the customer returns the device within 30 days of the payment date, the Company shall refund the additional charge for a lost device.7. Notice
ⓐ The Company may monitor the use of the service on a regular basis as to whether the service is being used suitably for its purpose. If it is deemed misused outside its purpose, the Company may suspend the service number without customer’s consent.
ⓑ The customer may be held liable for civil and/or criminal charges in the event of any illegal or unlawful act, or violation of law due to use of the service other than the purpose for which the Company provides the service (according to The Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection).
ⓒ The customer may be liable for civil and/or criminal charges if any of the cases in 7 (B) above arises due to the use of this service by a third party. The customer also represents that he or she will exercise care to prevent such cases.
ⓓ If the customer lost the device, he or she shall report it to the SK Telecom Roaming Customer Center immediately, and will be responsible for any damages and an additional charge for a lost device if a report is not made.
ⓔ Please pay special attention to voice phishing calls that impersonate SK Telecom.Consent to Collect and Use Personal Information
